So Soulband Soldier doesn't count, then?
Cyclic: Mistweaving Reflection
For Challenge # 065. It's hard coming up with a mechanic that could refer to Cyclic and not be similar in nature to Cycling!
Thunderclap seems to suggest the creature-damage permissible for "sac-a-mountain" is a bit lower than this. (There's also Fireblast, but that was never pointed at creatures anyway.)
But I do like the impressive name that risks confusion with both clash and flash.
You started me wondering about a mechanic named "crashback" now...
'Crash' produces Swimming Lessons and Explosive Salvo
For Challenge # 065
Clash, Flash, Flashback. and Crash It's nothing like the keywords; it takes from the card.
The idea here is basically brute force casting.

Thank you!
The hypothetical
Non-green mana could be one-mana too. One problem with this challenge is making any card cost less than four, even if the effect is colour appropriate.
Maybe I should do a

spell?? :)
Uh, yeah, that was supposed to be
, I don't know how it ended up as
:)
Bah, no sooner do I say that black can't Zombify based on power than Wizards reveal Immortal Servitude.
Leonin Conscription

to finish my cycle of five.
Okay, that is quite impressive: a 4 colour card that costs 1 mana!
The current
ability is rather too blue and nonwhite, though - Inside Out. You could make it grant first strike, or just make it
rather than
?
For those thinking 6 hasty power is too much for 4 mana, I note that this does include green, which habitually gets 5/5s for 4 mana; also note that this is Woolly Thoctar plus another colour of mana.
(Or alternatively, this is one more mana than Geist of Saint Traft, who attacked for 6 on turn 4 and was hexproof to boot...)
Phantasmal Defences, "Return all attacking creatures target player controls to their owner's hand, then that player discards that many cards at random."
For Challenge # 064
Another attempt at making one effect out of four colour-specific effects. I feel this is a bit more of a seamless whole, while still not perfectly natural as a single ability.
I'm not sure of the best templating to avoid problems with own vs control and (ideally) work sensibly in two-headed giant.
Blue = Return
White = Attacking creatures
Black = Discard
Red = Random
But red is a bit of a cheat, since black can do random discard too.
When working on the challenge, I did design a sorcery that cost

that blotted out the sun, exiled all white permanents and said that white spells couldn't be cast. But when I took a step back, it felt too... 1993ish. Interesting story card, but not terribly fun to play, so I pulled it.
For Challenge # 064
Here's another way to try to make the colours feel less like an amorphous mass. This is a RG body, which triggers a WB effect when it connects.
This is one of the first four-colour cards I've designed where I can imagine a cycle of them actually making sense, rather than just being four-colour for the sake of it.
Admittedly, this could essentially be printed as B or WB, which get trample at higher rarities, or with flying instead of trample. I'm also no sure if colour-pairs other than RG have such iconic bodies, or if I'm right to make this RRGGBW not BBWWRG.
Four-bolt, a red-black-white-green direct damage spell. It correctly leaves out blue, but otherwise I found it hard to get a flavour.
For Challenge # 064
So, this basically destroys creatures other than Wall of Bone. I was looking for another neat "the restrictions on what each colour can target match up" card, but it didn't work, and I just ended up with another grab bag...
