I felt like dabbling at this again
Nature's Budding is adapted into Brutal Biome
See Challenge # 131.
See Challenge # 131.
Decided and go the non-creature route for this challenge.
ultimate was underwhelming so I made it up to 3 dragons instead of one
Oops, this was supposed to be "to target creature you control" (And costed accordingly) :)
Basically Kor Chant, right? Which is generally used to save one creature of yours and redirect damage from it to kill an opponent's creature.
See Challenge # 133.
I don't know if this is sensible, but I like the flexibility. Usually it will just be "sacrifice one creature to keep the others alive", but sometimes it will combo with something.
See Challenge # 133.
Thanks. :)
Oh nice!
make it just remove the counters rather than sacrifice
Hm. Yes, I can see that, by comparison with Aether Vial. Ah, I know...
Awesome idea. I'd love it if it were possible to tidy up the rules!
See Challenge # 133 and Mutagenic Meteor. It's pretty similar in trope and execution.
See Challenge # 133.
Another relevant set is: http://www.magicmultiverse.net/cardsets/613 I hadn't seen it before.
That's what I thought! I was sure it must have been printed, but I had to search for it. I think I did see it before, but didn't look closely and forgot it again...
I like the idea, but I feel like the costs are just so prohibitive.
Nice! I like it.
How have I never even seen Shape Stealer before?
Hmm... What if it read as such?: "Whenever ~ moves from a public zone to another zone, you may have target another creature or creature card move between those same two zones [in the same fashion]. (That card moves to its owner's unshared zones rather than yours.)" I'm hoping that gets the idea across that if this is in your graveyard and you use Mistveil Plains on it, you can move another card to the bottom of a library as well.
This is a very interesting ability. I looove the flavor of this being blinked and bringing another creature back with it.
Dimensional Journeyer
See Challenge # 133.
The rules need a lot of tidying!
I exempted "dies" so you had to do the interesting things to get the benefit. I'm not sure if that's too much or too little.
Wizards don't normally let things come back from exile, but this is enough hoops maaaaaybe it's ok?
And it's probably hard for most players to understand. Maybe it should be just exile? Or maybe black and just "graveyard->another zone"?
Natural Nemesis
See Challenge # 133.
A souped-up version of Shape Stealer.
I love the flavour text "Stand back. I know just what to do -- Kiki-Jiki." I'd never realised Kiki was featured on another card.
Mutant License Operative
See Challenge # 133.
