Another variant of clone. I also considered "robo-clone", basically the same card in artifact, but there didn't seem to be any reason to make it non-blue.
Best of luck with finals!
Originally, this put up an 'until end of turn' trigger to return the shield if the creature died, but that didn't seem right. Talking about Lethal damage on a Magic card is very weird. The only creature that's ever done it is Ogre Enforcer, and that's an old card. But it seems obvious enough that even new players would get the gist of what this card is asking for. I find it odd that more cards haven't requested this... I know it gets strange with indestructible and regeneration... but they just seem like odd and explainable corner cases.
I'm going through finals week right now, so I was planning on laying low on Multiverse. But there's no way I'm not contributing to this challenge. If anything this challenge could be considered too broad. When I got done making an equipment, I realized that we could fill this challenge with just superhero equipment and not even scratch the surface of all our options.
Anyhow, I added Ricochet Shield to get us started.
For Challenge # 133. Obviously, this is an homage to Captain Americas shield. But this could have easily been Nightwing's Escrima sticks (with a +1/+1 bonus instead.) I'm sure I could think of a few more bouncing weapons if I wracked my brain for them.
I can see that it will be difficult for many people to not overload these cards with more than the card needs to be an interesting card. Missing from this card: The shield could have been indestructible. The shield could have given the wielder of the shield indestructible sometimes. The card could have split the damage among a number of creatures... in fact not including that last point still kind of bugs me.
Design a card for a superhero themed set!
Obviously this is a little break from magic's usual fantasy setting, but just go with it for now. (I tried something similar ages ago at: http://www.magicmultiverse.net/cardsets/57)
We need all sorts of cards: from simple commons that sell superhero flavour to splashy cards that represent iconic heroes.

Doh. Apparently so, it just didn't seem to say so in the linked article, so I didn't realise.
Isn't Sydri from Fiora?
Ha. That certainly would go well in an Oloro deck... Quite evil with something like Kami of False Hope.
Flavour text might help. Something like "Our Lady's services will be yours, under the agreed conditions. Just sign here." But I'm bad at writing flavour text.
I'm not sure if this is enough drawback for getting a Murder version of Nekrataal. Maybe.
Oo, hostile looting. Mm, interesting. Nice in chaos games. I like it.
Yow. Pay its CMC to get a card whose CMC you then have to pay again to cast it. Like Citanul Flute. That searched your whole library, but it did cost 5. This is free and on a land. So... yeah, probably about balanced. Desolate Lighthouse and Nivix, Aerie of the Firemind show that lands that can "draw cards" need to be very conservatively costed.
This works best in a deck with a bunch of cheap artifacts, interestingly. It loves artifact lands, Ornithopters, and utility cogs like Pyrite Spellbomb and Executioner's Capsule. But later game it can dig for your bigger spells too. Nice deckbuilding direction.
For Sydri, Curiosity Shop
For Gahiji, Honored One, Great Wall Guardian

What else do we know about Oloro's plane? Not much, but it presumably has giants, specifically giants who are humans greater in grandeur not just size (like Lorwyn giants and Titans). How to make giants work when they're all expensive? One way is that they all have an appropriate easy-to-remember evoke-like or cycling-like ability that mimics an ability they have in play.

I can't quite get the flavour of the name across, the idea is, once you've used their services you're beholded to them...
