See Hoverbreaker Thug and Challenge # 135. There's limited design space on my concept of Two-Person Con. I designed it flavorfully and so that each card could work on its own, but works well with an additional card.
Also I thought of the idea of keeping friends close and enemies closer. The base card I created to show this mechanic was red, so this car is green. I will make a white card as well.

I wanted to capture the flavour of exploiting a plane while you had the chance.
Aldubar is a floating plane that makes occasional contact with other planes. Its economy is based purely on trade and moving rare and exotic items between worlds. Since many of these items are one of a kind, and are therefore priceless, theft and graft have become a way of life.

I'm not sure about the costs, but I was thinking of other variants on jmg's morphtrap and looked for something which firstly, had an effect which could be beneficial to you whoever controlled it, and secondly, could punish your opponent if they didn't block with it.
