The rules need a lot of tidying!
I exempted "dies" so you had to do the interesting things to get the benefit. I'm not sure if that's too much or too little.
Wizards don't normally let things come back from exile, but this is enough hoops maaaaaybe it's ok?
And it's probably hard for most players to understand. Maybe it should be just exile? Or maybe black and just "graveyard->another zone"?
Hmm... What if it read as such?: "Whenever ~ moves from a public zone to another zone, you may have target another creature or creature card move between those same two zones [in the same fashion]. (That card moves to its owner's unshared zones rather than yours.)" I'm hoping that gets the idea across that if this is in your graveyard and you use Mistveil Plains on it, you can move another card to the bottom of a library as well.
This is a very interesting ability. I looove the flavor of this being blinked and bringing another creature back with it.
Awesome idea. I'd love it if it were possible to tidy up the rules!
