Modified first ability to be more like Ensnaring Bridge and Droning Bureaucrats's abilities than Grand Arbiter, since there was another card with a similar ability at mythic.
Wording on conditional effects based on costs is weird. As far as I can tell, if the spell's name is used when wording the additional effect, the clause comes at the end of the sentence. Otherwise, it comes at the beginning.
Very similar to Agonizing Demise. Costs 1 less due to sorcery speed. Might need a better name.
There isn't much about the card other than the +1/+1 counter, but stealing things from other people's library is a effect. I don't want the text box to be too, clunky though... I'll experiment around with WR + UB effects and WB + UR effects.
WUBR commander for EDH. Hopefully not too strong in limited, as it's fairly easy to reach the requisite mana due to all the gold tokens floating around. Thinking of how I can make it tie in more to the overall theme of the set, though.
Changed to buyback clause to 2B + discard one. Already a lot of discard outlets in the set.

Zealous Persecution was too strong, unfortunately. Now it's better Swell of Courage with Shrivel.
