Wording on conditional effects based on costs is weird. As far as I can tell, if the spell's name is used when wording the additional effect, the clause comes at the end of the sentence. Otherwise, it comes at the beginning.
Very similar to Agonizing Demise. Costs 1 less due to sorcery speed. Might need a better name.
The name sounds like an artifact removal spell.
