Invest: Put a colorless artifact token named Gold onto the battlefield. It has “Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.” Used on 4 cards: Meddled Affairs, Sunk Costs, Pawn Station, Day's Wage

Action keyword. Multiple spells and permanents in Dorado produce Gold tokens, which are the same as the tokens produced in BNG/JOU's Gild/King Macar. They serve as the backbone for both ramp and activating capitalist.

While all colors have some access to gold tokens, their primary producers are U and B. U focuses on generating gold tokens from polymorphing effects and its instants and sorceries, while B generates them as a reward for killing creatures or from life payments.
