Rata Wageslave    C  Creature – Rat Citizen : Rata Wageslave gets +2/+2 until end of turn. Activate this ability only once per turn. Much of Dorado’s lower class is made up of goblins and rata, who perform menial tasks such as ink-grinding, tool-fetching, and boot-kissing. 1/1	Outspend    C  Sorcery Exile target creature if it has a power 4 or greater. Capitalist – If mana from an artifact source was spent to cast Outspend, exile it if it has a power 4 or less instead.	Alley Smallthief    C  Creature – Rat Rogue When Alley Smallthief enters the battlefield, if you have two or more artifact cards in your graveyard, target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life. Dorado's twisting back alleys can only be navigated by the most skillful of rata. 2/2	Meeting of Minds    C  Instant Buyback (You may pay an additional as you cast this spell.
