It's a bit like Flicker with your targeting options halved.
Mm, okay. And it lets you move your Renew auras around if you want. I still think it should probably be an instant though.
Ah, sorry, nope, that's broken in all browsers :( I recently had to move the site to a new version of the underlying everything, which broke quite a few things; most of it I fixed before golive or shortly afterwards, but I haven't fixed that one yet. Sometime this week hopefully.
changed P/T (previous was 3/3)
mana cost down by
, can target permanents instead of just creatures
I wasn't aware that Kor existed. Lemme update this guy to be a functional reprint. Well, near reprint. I don't know why the Kor can target itself, that seems just silly.
*shrug* Do whatever gives you the right balance of creature sizes across all the blue commons. 2/4 sounds fine to me.
Actually, I was wondering why the buttons like "Mark this comment as addressed" don't seem to work. Does the site have any compatibility issues with Chrome?
I'd normally rather have Kor Skyfisher.
Chaos costs
but you also have the extra versatility from Order, so I think this effect at
seems fair.
Hee, Magic Multiverse has fans over on r/custommagic? Cool, I didn't know that :) Maybe noyahuid who made the excellent StarCraft duel decks?
You seem to have figured out how to use the site pretty well - skeletons, details pages, mechanics and all - but if there's anything you have problems with, just ask. I hope you find the site useful!
I couldn't find this guy's P/T in my notes so I just eyeballed it. Obviously I forgot about the Turtle. Yes, the P/T has to change. Suggestions? Does 2/4 feel too big?
Yes, I've been working on this project for some time mostly on reddit but the people there suggested I create a page here. I've made a detail page for the artwork I've collected. I'm still traumatized by the amount of MLP on DA. Anything you search, at least 10% of the results are ponies. Ugh.
Two Hill Giants in blue common? (Isle Turtle as well as this) Are you wanting blue to be the colour of beef in this set?
For what it's worth Falter has never been quite this cheap and effective before. The best I remember was Order // Chaos.
Flicker expedition lands to get the trigger.
I have to say you've done an absolutely amazing job finding art for all these cards. You must have been trawling DA and other sites for a long time to accumulate all this artwork.
Strictly better than Angel of Mercy? Which was always uncommon, though I guess you're right there's no reason it couldn't be at common.
Seems somewhat unnecessarily much worse than Cloudshift. Down to sorcery speed and up to two mana, just for the ability to hit noncreatures? What benefit is there in this set from flickering noncreatures?
I only did a very quick playtest some time ago just to check if it the mechanic works as intended (it seems it does) but I don't know enough yet to answer your concerns. The "another" clause is for flavor (seems kinda silly you're on location A and your next destination is...A again) but it can be dropped for gameplay's sake.
Hee. Excellent reprint :)
It's possible that requiring two colours makes it okay. But Link is probably right.
Presumably at the start of the game you don't have any destination, so you need to see at least two destination cards for the mechanic to matter. And indeed they have to be different ones due to the "another". Will there be enough lands with expedition for that to occur? I'm thinking you'd need more than five commons and five uncommons for that, but maybe I'm wrong.
Hmm... also, suppose I have a deck with 4 of these and 4 Hidden Waterfall. I play one of these and name Hidden Waterfall. Then I draw one of these. I fear in that circumstance players might be tempted to avoid playing the second copy of this, which is going to stunt their mana development.
Warning: flying creature in artwork of a non-flying card.
The 5 mana renew cost looks very high at first. I can believe that at common that's what you need to prevent excessively repetitive gameplay, though.
Nifty. So it's like a flying Reassembling Skeleton.
+flying, duh
