Renew: PARAM1: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to a 0/0 colorless Spirit creature token. Exile it if it becomes unattached from the token. Renew only as a sorcery. Used on 8 cards: Primeval Strength, Eternal Embalming, Sundisk's Blessing, Soul's Shield, Sphinx Wings, Cloak of Sand, Cursed Boon, New Birth

This mechanic represents the cyclical nature of death and rebirth in the plane.

Worship: Whenever a non-Human creature enters the battlefield, you may tap this. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature. Used on 9 cards: Palace Harpist, Devout Charioteer, Floodplain Farmers, Nabuto Ambusher, Necropolis Seneschal, Disciple of the Lost Moon, Great Library Guard, Warden of Life, Sundisk Cleric

This mechanic represents the mortal denizens of the plane and their veneration of the gods and beings created by the gods.

Unearth: PARAM1: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery. Used on 5 cards: Scavenging Petsuchos, Restless Mummy, Skeletal Serpentarius, Skulking Mummy, Undead Ainok

This returning mechanic represents mummies and other undead beings.

Expedition: When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, if it's your destination, {effect}. In any case, name another land card as your next destination. Used on 2 cards: Royal Palace, Hidden Waterfall

This ability word represents a journey across multiple locations. The "in any case" is an add-on to the current rules for intervening if clauses. Hopefully it's clear what's meant.

In card text or details pages, write the mechanic's code name (playtest name) between square brackets, like "[Crittercast]", "[Bushido 1]" or "[Delay 4 {2}{R}{R}]". It will be expanded to the mechanic's name plus reminder text, such as "Suspend 4 – {2}{r}{r}. (Rather than cast this spell from your hand,...)"
To expand a mechanic's name but not its reminder text, include parentheses at the end of the square brackets: "[Crittercast()]", "[Delay 9 {R}()]".
