Dragon Arch is just too powerful for this set.
I'm starting to assume that designs for lands are not balanced unless the author explicitly says they are, since practically all designs end up tacking a drawback (normally "ETB tapped") or occasionally an advantage on.
I infer maybe this set has uses for colourless mana, hence the pseudo-red mana produced by this land.
Or "Put X 1/1 green insect tokens into play. Spend only non-green mana on X." Although it feels strange that you can't: perhaps it should make flying tokens, so green gives token-making and non-green gives flying?
Yeah, I designed one or two of these, later thought I was maybe being too clever. (There ARE some cards that could be mono-C or CD, but I think it's being excessively pedantic with the colour pie. OTOH, it's a cool idea.)
Logically, they ought to be a hybrid between blue and gold-with-green-pinlines, I think, as that gives the "if I fan my hand, can I see what I can play with blue? What about with blue-green?" property. But I don't think that's a sane card design to actually DO...
