  Of course, there's a question to be raised of whether the costs are fair. I think an ETB Creeping Mold would normally be 4 mana rather than 3. This is potentially vicious land destruction, after all. And Nekrataal effects are also usually 4 mana.

  Needs "When ~ ETBs", like on Shrieking Grotesque. Nice pair of effects.

  Seems pretty reasonable, but why restrict it to casting outside your turn? It doesn't seem broken if someone wants to use this on their own Ornithopter (or a regenerator) as a source of four 0-power tokens.

  This current wording is somewhat confused between being a replacement and a triggered ability. I'd make it triggered, and say "Whenever equipped creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, change the targets of that spell or ability." If you don't want the controller to be able to Giant Growth it, that'd get more fiddly and say something like "...change the targets of that spell or ability to targets other than ~."
