Well Wizards has printed them as Gold cards in the past
That's a good question. Hybrid-Gold perhaps?
Isn't this worse than Mountain?
Um, you know the Equip ability can only target creatures you control, right? So this is extremely expensive for less benefit than Vulshok Morningstar.
Letting monoblack destroy enchantments? Somewhat of a misuse of hybrid there, even with the casting restriction.
As in, green mana spent on
doesn't count? In which case you should use "Y" in the text box because it's not the same as the "X" in the mana cost.
Probably wants to be worded like Destructive Dreams or Sickening Dreams.
Is this really meant to only apply to one target creature? Or should it be all creatures? In the latter case, try wording it something like "Prevent all damage ~ would deal to creatures. For each damage prevented in this way, put a 1/1 black Spirit creature token onto the battlefield."
Yowch, that's a hefty drawback for leaving the battlefield. Couldn't it be like Whirlpool Drake?
I can't tell how this is meant to trigger. "Whenever all so-and-so become tapped" doesn't really work very well. "Whenever you tap an island with a volcano counter, if all islands you control with volcano counters are now tapped, ..." is I think perhaps what you're after, but very wordy.
What point do the volcano counters achieve? Wouldn't this be similar to just "Whenever you tap an Island for mana, if you control no untapped Islands, ..."?
Is this meant to have "...without paying its mana cost"?
Kabuto Moth, but with more restrictions on its targeting?
Now that I've actually seen someone design some cards with cost (C)(C/D): what frame do people think they should have? Gold? Hybrid? Some new hybrid frame?
This is more naturally known as "becomes a Forest".
Are these meant to be able to target themselves? At the moment they can.
