Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are both considered quite a bit overpowered. If anything, the closest parallel is actually Smite. I'm not clear a) whether I want to price this aggressively and b) whether its multiplayer element means it needs a higher cost anyway.

This can probably only cost . It requires two targets to even be able to cast, so you'll have to remove one of your creatures as well. Given that Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile cost and have a 'drawback' its safe to say this can be cheaper. Also, uncommon maybe...

Well, traditionally it takes at least 3 unimpeded turn to get to ultimate. I had added an extra one because of the synergy and the middle ability being a 0-cost, but I though that Magma Spray would make a nice -2 so now ultimate is -7.

The emblem is very cool. Maybe doesn't need to be -8, as it won't be relevant against all decks, and against others it only shuts down a few cards. ...Oh, wow, except it has spectacular synergy with the first ability, doesn't it? Hee. Even so, I think it only needs to cost 2 more than the starting loyalty, if this is 5 mana in 3 colours. Alternatively this could be 4 mana, I'd say.

New wording is more sensical to the average player than "declare blockers step".
