This can probably only cost {w}. It requires two targets to even be able to cast, so you'll have to remove one of your creatures as well. Given that Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile cost {w} and have a 'drawback' its safe to say this can be cheaper. Also, uncommon maybe...

Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are both considered quite a bit overpowered. If anything, the closest parallel is actually Smite. I'm not clear a) whether I want to price this aggressively and b) whether its multiplayer element means it needs a higher cost anyway.
