Nah. That card a) includes tokens, and b) more importantly includes every player's creatures (and is printed in a format expecting to be played with groups of 4+ players at once).

Put a +1/+1 on every/multiple one with no restriction is somewhat cheap (Abzan Charm, Titania's Boon). This should be instant.

The old one produced mana equal to all mana paid. I think it was jmgariepy that pointed out the obvious issues with cards like Orochi Leafcaller.
