Don't want scry so made a weaker Shrine.
I think the power will be okey. It will be without questioning the biggest creature in the set. But i think there are enough answers to take care of it.
Yeah, i it differs to be the most splashier card in the cycle aswell.
thx!
Thank you for you comments, and yeah this auras seems very fun. I think i will incorporate the cycle in the next set with a bit cooler take on it.
I increased the power of this and Scorpion Form because just that. They needed to be good on offense and offense for the cost, and be playable. They are so easily killed.
:D yeah i think it will be awesome.
I think i could possibly make Violent Burglary a Sorcery. If you feel there is a power problem.
Sorry, when you said Smash I thought you meant Smash to Smithereens; didn't realise it was another card. That's the one I meant.
Er. This is a strict upgrade on Smash in every way. I don't see why an aggro deck would want to pay
more for the precise same effect?
It used to cost
(on Smash), but that's not been printed for a while, during which time Shatter has been replaced by Smelt. So a corresponding discount on Smash seems fair to me.
(And yes, the problem with both Aura Blast and Smash is that they were just a bit too conditional to bother playing. Disenchant is flexible enough that I'll put it in casual decks happily, but I wouldn't normally run Smelt or Demystify, or even Oxidize.)
It's a delightful big splashy blue sorcery :)
No, this is probably fine. This has the hefty downside of being an Aura, which means not only do you need to have stuck another creature, but this opens you up to 2-for-1s (either in response to this or even after this sticks); plus it can be taken out by enchantment destruction or bounce as well as regular kill-spells. Given all of that I think this upgrade to Thieving Magpie is probably fine.
Aura Blast suffers from not being Disenchant.
I guess this is superior to smash in everything that isn't a red aggro deck; and red aggro will prefer smash (or, you know, run another goblin instead)
I'd have upcosted it, but I tend to overcost cantrips.
Yow. Mill all players for 15ish, at CMC5. Very high impact. I have no ideas whether the cost is reasonable or not - you're taking a big risk with it, I guess.
..Target creature is almost unstoppable? Ouchie. This particular combo probably wants to cost slightly more; or at least have slightly less toughness so that it can be shot more easily.
I think, overall, you've succeeded in making aura's I want to cast.
Blue probably doesn't get 3/3 flyers with upside for this cost any more. 2/3 perhaps?
So.. Huntmaster of the Fells? Yeah, ok, I can see it. Scary good, mind you.
Really rather a powerful finisher for a white aggro deck; and a nice defence card too. Feels costed about right to me.
Yowch. That's a heck of a combo of abilities to grant at uncommon. But I guess it can be taken out by bounce or enchantment destruction as well as creature destruction, so... yeah, that's maybe okay.
Nice. Works like Changeling Hero, except
cheaper to make up for the card disadvantage. Good card; looks fun.
Um - which is it; an enchantment; or until end of turn? Either seems like a fine spell.
I guess this is copying Gigantiform pretty directly.
Sensible costing compared to Gigantiform. (I assume from the rest of the cycle that "until end of turn" is accidental and not meant to be on here.) It's going to be very strong in limited, perhaps comparable with Overrun; more normally this power level would be rare. Since the rest of the cycle are uncommon I could see wanting to leave this uncommon. You might want to drop the power/toughness and mana cost a little, but I could also see wanting to leave this as the "green = fat" entry in the cycle. It might be fine.
