Comments are welcomed! still in Alpha stage. Consider ALL cards placeholders atm :D

It's quite hard for people to notice an entire set. The three "ways in" to a cardset are:

  • Notice the one most recently edited card from the site-wide recent changes. Only draws attention to one card.
  • Click through to the set's recent changes page. Only shows the most recent 30 actions, typically about 20 cards; but when all people have to see is a name, they might not bother mousing over all 20 in turn to look at them.
  • Viewing this set's visual spoiler (or cardlist). Can lead to a lot of comments but quite time-intensive on the part of the viewer.
  • The other possibility is you could create a details page which specifically (((links to))) or ((embeds)) the cards that you want to ask people's thoughts on.

So if there are specific cards you want thoughts on, posting comments on a few cards is a great way to draw the community's attention to them. Something like a comment on one card every day, or seven cards every week, will be good at drawing people's attention. jmgariepy did seven cards a week for his Magic 20XX set, and I think he got quite a lot more comments than if he'd splurged them all into the set at once.

Note: Blue and Red need new mechanics.

Burnout Mechanic: Pay X, Creature gets a special trigger. Sacrifice creature at the start of your next endstep.

Champion spells Mechanic: You may pay X And Exile a spell of the same type as this card. To cast this card cheaper.

Oh man, I saw the name and was hoping it'd be a Space Battleship Yamato set :(

Post your comments on Iscandar Lives here!
If your comments are on a small number of specific cards, they may be better added to those cards. This is for comments on the set as a whole.
