Pretty weak; I kinda like the "Have to show off what you didn't want to draw" part.

It's pretty much New Benalia. Which was never very good, but is fine for a common. Just don't expect it to be very strong.

Apart from empowering the terrifying rare shrine cycle, of course... Slight typo, I don't think even the comp-rules know how to attenuate {u} to your mana pool :)
