The "deal damage to stuff that has already been dealt damage" is primarily red, but feels black enough to use. The issue I have is dealing the direct damage without lifegain. Black doesn't do that. I just checked in MSE, the following line fits anyway, though it's kinda long:
"Choose one: ~ deals 4 damage to target creature that was dealt damage thsi turn; or target player who lost life this turn loses 4 life"
Second issue is power level. 4 damage to a player for 3 mana, have to double check this.
Strange that no one really complained about this card. I mean, it's a 1/1.. that grows an army of other 1/1s. I mean, Precinct Captain didn't get that high reviews, but it was a two drop, and a rare.
As far as innovativeness goes, he's not all that - a bit of Karn Liberated, a bit of Jace, the Mind Sculptor. His +1 has synergies with his second and third abilities, and some other cards like Envision. His second ability is the campaign ability void prison. The card picture is wrong though, it should read:
-7: Exile all other nonland permanents. You gain an emblem with "you may cast cards you own from exile."
Still, a planeswalker is a planeswalker, and any comments would be appreciated. :)
back to flying morph guy. Important as the unit which punishes the player for attacking a face-down creature.
before: Flying // ~ has hexproof as long as it's untapped.
currently mechanical triumph, but flavor fail. This should be some kind of Aether Vial variant, methinks.
previously: At the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge counter on ~. Then if ~ has two or more charge counters on it, sacrifice it and put a 3/3 white Protoss creature token onto the battlefield.
The other Protoss two-of aside from Zealot, and I hope it's clear from those two cards what the deck's core strategy is.
Previously: Flying // Whenever ~ deals combat damage, put a charge counter on it. // ~ gets +1/+1 for each charge counter on it.
Currently has very weak fighting stats for its cost, but a repeatable Lure ability. For playtesting whether this is good or bad.
Also, before it had a "
: Target creature an opponent controls attacks you this turn if able" ability - i know the Alluring Siren ability appears in blue, but is this fit for black?
playtest feedback: havne't actually drawn this creature yet. Pay attention to power level.
Previously had "B, T: Target creature attacks this turn if able."
"Unburrow" sounds weird, since it's such a passive word. It's not "ambush" or anything. The first ability is currently very weak and is a holdover from when Zerg had ninjutsu. Might change it to.. I don't know, two zerg units? Or something?
Big fat, with bonus damage to buildings.
previously: Trample // ~ attacks each turn if able. //
: Target creature blocks ~ this turn if able.
