The "deal damage to stuff that has already been dealt damage" is primarily red, but feels black enough to use. The issue I have is dealing the direct damage without lifegain. Black doesn't do that. I just checked in MSE, the following line fits anyway, though it's kinda long:

"Choose one: ~ deals 4 damage to target creature that was dealt damage thsi turn; or target player who lost life this turn loses 4 life"

Second issue is power level. 4 damage to a player for 3 mana, have to double check this.

before: ~ deals 4 damage to target creature or player that was dealt damage this turn.

Cleaned up text and made it proper. Now targeting player results in lifeloss, not damage. Stupid Black.

name: Corrosive Acid -> Volatile Burst (what the baneling's attack is called)

Seems red to me, both in flavor and in mechanics (Crushing Pain). I know that WotC is currently experimenting with burn in {b}, but you could at least make its name sound less {r}. Corrosive Burst? Idk
