Discard just seemed more common than reveal. Straight-up, I'm bad at designing artifacts so I was just guessing at what could be common artifact design.
to as Vitenka suggests
Agree on CMC5 being about right.
1 damage to all of an opponents creatures; and upside on top of that. Aggravate or Chandra's Fury seem similar.
Oh! Or Devastate which is damage to players on top of the land going boom.
Personally not a card I'd usually want to run; I agree. But it has its place.
o: "lander" should be "land".
I couldn't see myself playing this even at .
"Clannless"? And "make their way"? What's this flavor text trying to say?
Does this set take advantage of the discard in the mana ability? I really don't see what makes this a common.
It's interesting certainly. Vigilance as long as that's your strategy. Wall if it isn't. As a wall this is overcost; but used properly it's a lot of undercost. Hard to tell :)
Mm. Compare to Stone Golem, which was a common in M20.
Neat! Overcosted though, even at common
Was too similar to Knighthood Bestower, changed to lifegain ability
Concept comes from how faeries used to be known as spirits of the dead.
Makes three spirits instead of a vampire. I just couldn't justify vampires being in this set. I considered three spirits.
