The second part is true, but this is a very large set and it doesn't exactly have any balanced ratios :P as for being at common, i dont care about complexity, efficiency, utility, flexbility, etc in this set. Something is normally common if it is something that appears in everyday life, and those are normally the things i have most to saya bout

Royal is a very silly and doubly problematic ability. First problem is 'gold' isn't an in-game term. It easily could be made so though.
The big one is that this is an ability only suitable for supremely annoying rare and mythics. It really cannot exist at common; and no more than 2 or 3 should exist in a set. So it's not really big enough to need a mechanic.
One of those 'not actually an ability word' words to tie the theme together might be more sensible.
