Hm. Painter's Servant was pretty narrow, but also more flexible, could go in any deck, and could attack or block.
That's certainly what the mechanics imply to me. Something is stuck in the glacier up in the mountains; and when it crumbles, out comes something... well; probably something huge but maybe just something off-colour for your deck :)

That's a good implementation of thaw. Not something you can splash about in too many places, but nicely thematic.
