That's not worth being a rare though. Tapped lands should be uncommon except in very multicolor heavy sets, where you might get tapped dual lands at common (like guildgates).
mm, the rare land slots do tend to be used for legendary weird effects, rather than just "Hey, this is REALLY GOOD colour fixing." I have no real objection though, the original duals were rare, so that's good enough precedent for me.

It's a mythic, so I doubt it. An utterly boring mythic, but too broken to print.
