I feel that the abilities should be switched to make it more clear that the token you create is getting pumped as well. (It is, right? Simultaneous effects, etc.?)

The buff ability isn't critical to the flavor of this card (though it works really well with token armies), it could really be replaced with anything.

Interesting. Quite a fun engine card. Those aren't very frequent at common, but the Pauper community loves it when they do happen.
Hmm, that looks pretty strong. Each creature of yours comes with a bonus 4 life. Quite effective in limited. Not overpowered, though; the game needs some powerful effects (and I prefer them to be like this, "quite strong" not "utterly game-changing"). Might be more suited for uncommon at its current power level, though.
