Sor. > Cre. & 4 counters > 3
Concerned that this isn't different enough from Radiological Discovery. Maybe a medium green derp which gives you counters as ETB?
added 'with flying'

Which there really aren't going to be any of outside of rare. One of the problems which grows exponentially with player size is board complexity. If there are four people with hands full of flash/instant cards and a bunch of stuff like this and Skepticism on the board, wtf are you supposed to do on your turn? Who do you attack with so little info and so much room open to getting screwed by a Briarhorn or a Riotous Frenzy? There are going to be minimal Skepticism and no Flash cards at common/uncommon, unless some top-down flavor design absolutely necessitates the use.
Also added a tap feature so you cant's just chain your one token into as many life as you have black mana.
added tap
Yeah I have this thing about designing commons and having to bump them to uncommon.
This is also very interesting, especially in conjunction with flash artifacts/enchantments.
Heh. Or equipment.
This is a really interesting card. I like it a lot. I fear it may be more suited for uncommon than rare, but it's a very interesting pair of abilities.
Removed lifegain and merged with another card which did this.
ench. > art. cr. flying 1/1
equip: 3 > 2
Un > Ra
I like how this screams "Put +1/+1 counters on me!".
May bump this back to 2W at instant speed, because without skepticism it's strictly worst than Disenchant, and with the skepticism it's strictly better than Return to Dust. Still, RTD is an uncommon...
added tap to cost
Good points all, thanks for the feedback
Hello Glimmerpoint Stag.dec!
Um yeah, otherwise one creature with an ETB effect will ruin everyone's day.
Hmm, Hell's Caretaker could just about be white, I guess. But I feel the in the cost is somewhat important.
3ww > 4W + can't block: should go mostly to dedicated white decks now since it's harder to sit on twofers with one card
