Good point, though Homonculus has been a predominately (exclusively?) blue tribe this far and I was sort of banking on Dreamscape being Harrow might get us to Rampant Growth in blue on a Hommonculus.
TBH this all came about because I thought of the Obscura-Tribe pun and it went downhill from there cause Homonculi are mostly eye and Blind Eternities-- you get it, haha. You may be right and we can colorshift the tribe to green. I'll ponder on it.

This is a nifty four-colour design. The blue and red are obvious; it feels a little odd for black and white to both contribute only lifelink, but not too bad.
I strongly suspect it should have some mana cost on the ability though, even if only

I assume the maelstrom counters and charge counters are meant to be the same thing?
It is possible to put charge counters on arbitrary permanents, but it's quite a bit of work... :)

I fear this is more green than blue though. It's definitely got some Eldrazi weirdness to it, but even Dreamscape Artist, the most recent memorable blue card in this vein, wasn't ramping you from two to three mana. I fear this would be more appropriate at
, and could still feel pretty intrusive and otherworldly in green.

I was sorting of bending it toward the Karakas (Pendlehaven, Okina, etc) level of mythic lands made real. I was also aiming the design a little bit towards Legacy/Vintage since this effects a lot powerful lands and that's where the most powerful lands get played. This might be busted in that format and get banned, I dunno. Shutting off Fetches, Wasteland/Strip Mine is hella strong but also makes people play hella fair.

Ha! So it's a Vindicate each turn, except it's also burning your own head for increasing damage, and the opponent can in theory stop it by blocking it with sufficient blockers. Fun.

I've yet to figure out how to make a nice reminder text for it, but basically, something with Double Tap, can be tapped, while already tapped, which makes it double tapped. If it's double tapped, and would be untapped, it just becomes normal tapped.
Eh, it's got legendary to make up for that. Compare Pendelhaven and Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers.
