I think I like Alex's implementation a good bit-- these were a throwback to the Mirage tutor cycle (plus Gamble, their estranged cousin) crossed with the Madcap Experiment from Kaladesh. I was trying to capture the you get any card... probably, maybe that Gamble had. I like crossing it over with See Beyond-- I'm changing it now!

A one card hoser for legendary creatures? This seems a bit over the top. I mean, sure it only makes colourless; but in-set that's not even a disadvantage!

Well, hellbent Demonic Tutor is Infernal Tutor. Mulliganing your hand is broadly a good thing but not 100% good. I agree this text box should be rare and cost more than 1, but not much more.

This is however presumably meant to be the red entry in the uncommon tutor cycle of Card76129, Card76130, Card76131, Card76132. Those all look fairer. This one is something of a problem, I agree. Perhaps a variation on Gamble: tutor a card, draw a card, then shuffle two random cards from hand into library?

That's a stonkingly splashy rare or mythic. And needs to cost a lot more than one.

The stats can go up and push things around, the 3/3 was a callback to the original Radiant from Urza's Legacy and Avenging Angel from Tempest. Most angels are much bigger these days so I can see bumping the body but the Futuresight callback was making the Avenging Angel 'spellshape' cards into Entreat the Angels. I considered getting rid of the discard since she already eats a drawstep but it's a very tricky thing to balance. Do you think it would be too good since you could just use thing like Vampiric Tutor or Noxious Revival to set up a better Entreat?

The purpose of it /is/ a clone that you can play on an empty board. It's meant to be sorta, unusual.
