done!
done!
For some reason, it's gotten better/worse. Now it only does it some of the time.
Ugh, this is why I was so slow with uploading cards the past seven months.
Wow. Yeah, that's awesome. I ought to be able to do something with that.
As you say, though, not particularly soon. Perhaps in the next-but-two release, so sometime around spring-summer.
This seemed fairly complete: http://magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/doc/file
My request is very very non urgent though. Do useful stuff first ;)
If anyone can point me at any doc for MSE's format, I'd be happy to try. I've not found any explanation of what their format is so far.
Oooh! Oooh! Can we get an export format for MSE?
I think this would tie together with a more comprehensive Export page.
Done.
Text was: "(Ab)use the [keyword] system to explain the colour key on the edit page for feedback reports?"
update as per discussion
Mmm, that's a good idea.
Perhaps what I should in fact do is allow a special details page for each cardset which will be displayed by the side of the create/edit card form for that cardset. That would accomplish this in a less hacky way and also have potential application in community sets and other places.
I don't think I'm planning to change this.
By way of apology, I'm accelerating my work on DFCs and colour indicators so that your transform set will be able to display properly very soon.
No action planned
That's fine; I don't mind if requests come in somewhat malformed or miscategorised, as long as they're clear enough for me to understand and categorise them myself.
Oh yes. I created the card via the 'feedback' link, which didn't include the colour key for UI enhancement.
reclassify as UI enhancement
reclassify as bug
Oh, all right then.
Update is expected in the next few days, so I'll work this into that.
Yeah, DFCs will use the same multipartinfrastructure I put in place for split and flip cards.
You're right there is an extra click or two to create a split/flip card, but I think this minimises total confusion and delay. The key point is that the vast majority of Multiverse cards aren't split/flip cards, so I want to keep the option out of people's faces. I don't want to take up an extra line of real estate onscreen for all cards when most of them don't need it. I think people will be likely to look in the "Frame" dropdown to create a card with a split or flip frame, so that's why the option's there.
