@Casual don't forget Cast into Darkness. Is that a possible reprint? It doesn't kill most transformed revolution guys any more than this does, after all.

I'm not quite sure what this card is doing for us. We have a few milling cards, but not really enough that I would think that this card helps out the niche strategy.

That said, it would be interesting if we had a Griptide effect somewhere on file.

To be fair, the other comparisons are Dead Weight and Crippling Blight. From those alone, the rates make sense.

I think the card is fine, it just compares strangely to Flashbang and Silence Dissent

I kinda like it as is? To be fair, Divination has always been a little overcosted for standard environments. Even when it was "playable" it really never felt good to do so." I think that this is the best way to go about it since literal Divination + a Canister would probably be to good.

I love how canisters let us have cards cost "half a mana" less on certain cards.

Well... I'd normally rather have Prismatic Lens or Prophetic Prism, but I imagine there'll be the odd occasions when the canister would be more useful than a cantrip or making . It's clearly more in-theme for the set, and a canister probably makes the card more playable than a basic Mana Cylix should be, so sure :)
