Yeah. I was thinking of "if ~ is in your graveyard at the beginning of your upkeep, win the game if..." but I can't think of any good wording.
Of if it can't be a sorcery or an enchantment, maybe it could be a creature or an artifact?

This is comparable to Terror (instant but can't hit artifacts), Dark Banishing (instant but costs 1 more), and Doom Blade (instant but allows regen). I think this being a sorcery makes it less desirable than Dark Banishing / Doom Blade. Do you agree?
Yeah, all soldiers who ride flying things have type Human (or their other race type). Skyknight Legionnaire, Skyhunter Cub, Knight of Sursi, etc. I'll agree it seems a little odd, but it's what Wizards do.

The wording here is horrible. But the problem is, I want this to be usable on Legacy Weapon when its controller's only source of W is a GW dual. The final stronger-than-split-second line is necessary to stop them tapping the dual for G in response so that you can't make them fire the Weapon.
"If you have at least ... graveyard and if you told your opponent during the previous turn that you have this card in your deck, win the game." :) I have the disability of being unable to distinguish between helpful suggestions and tongue-in-cheek ones, which mean all my brainstorming is very... random :)
I agree you probably have to pick one of those, and that it will probably be fine whichever you do. After all, it's been long enough you can hopefully let the card go without too much of a wrench if you decide you need to.
OTOH, I don't really see people saying "shouldn't it be a sorcery" if it were a creature. I think the design logic is sufficiently removed from the end result that people won't think like that, or at any rate, it wouldn't have occurred to me. In fact, I like this idea more now.
Yeah, it's kinda scary if you do have a Cleric, but that's quite a requirement. Black needed some sorceries that you'd actually happily play in Limited other than removal.

+6/+4 unblockable for a turn, but requires you to be playing a crappy creature type (arbitrarily large lifegain aside). So fine.
I probably should actually ban planeswalkers from this entirely, and make it "replace artifact, creature, enchantment or land with artifact, creature, enchantment or land, or replace instant with sorcery or vice versa". That's probably better than the ridiculous planeswalker-compliant version, because all that planeswalkers add to it are complication and irritating cases. It's just a pity that the only new permanent type just doesn't work with the card.

Owch. Good point. Maybe I should save it for another set?
Feels overcosted at four, since it's pretty hard to use.
But on the flip side - can I target the stuff I exiled with it with the "This is an instant, honest" cards?

Solid "worse than Counterspell" variant, though it whacks an enemy color (red: sorceries/lands) less hard than one of its allies (white: artifacts/enchantments).

A gazebo isn't the absolutely perfect flavour for an Enchantment Creature - you could argue it'd be more likely to be an Artifact Land - but given the term's rich fantasy history, I couldn't resist.
"Oppression of the Weak" or simply "Oppression" might work better.
This guy is clearly cool, but his abilities really want to be GW. Problem is, the GW rare slot is taken by Erack the Outcast, who has to be GW. Should I just push Mephisto out and save him for another set?
