So Barbed Lightning, but numbers +1 for being more colour-intensive. Fair enough. Note that 4 damage to a creature at instant has always been either 4 mana at common (Lightning Blast) or {r} {r} {r} at uncommon (Flame Javelin). Sorcery speed lets you get it for 1 mana (Flame Slash), but there's a big gap between Lightning Bolt and anything that deals 4. This is probably fine, but it's cheaper than 4 damage at instant has been available before.
