Horizontal cycle with Forteplazian Grounds, Mertinian Bog, Heavenlake Waters, Irecliff Mountain.
unlike all of the others this one either does something or does nothing. It really needs some option on it to bring it in line with the rest of the cycle.
This is the one that plays the worst, probably. It had "Each player draws a card", "You and target opponent draw a card", "You and target opponent draw TWO cards", etc. Since the entire cycle require the opponents to choose something, I forced it and it ended up badly.
Still a playable card, but it only really works in multiplayer. There the card would be a monster, allowing you to form an alliance with an opponent your not really afraid of, and drawing a card every turn for
.
Maybe they discard a card, or you both draw a card? Not quite blue, but the whole cycle is a little off anywho. Either way, I'd suggest increasing the activation cost... if it ever becomes relevant, it is immediately too cheap.
I hadn't thought about being sneaky in multiplayer. It would probably be fun. Also, you'd suddenly become each other opponent's target.
