On Liberia (reply):
This was done about a year ago. It is a 249 card set that is to be followed by the 145 card set Harmony, finished about half a year ago. This set has a lot of flaws, but I've learned thanks to it. In general, it was made for Constructed, mostly, and the power level is too high. The former makes some themes playable when choosing your 60 cards, but completely irrelevant if opening boosters. The latter also hurts Limited. But it's also very powerful for Constructed. I was in a time where I thought even common cards should be good enough. And while it's true, I think I pushed everything too far, trying to make all cards playable (impossible because even among only good cards there are best ones). If you open a booster, you'll see almost everything is very playable, yet some good cards are overshadowed by downright broken cards from this same set. This is because the set had little development. I made the cards, made sure they made sense, but avoided playtesting (and Limited). I consider it finished, so I won't be correcting things. I even sometimes wonder if the themes were actually enjoyable, but I'll leave it. It'll remain as a good lesson only. |

—Florencia, dark Moonknight
At the beginning of each player’s draw step, that player reveals his or her hand and discards all nonland cards with the chosen name.
—Brazeira, Queen of Sirens
Whenever one or more green creatures attack you, untap Midnight Lune and it gets +1/+2 until end of turn.
Fixed. Weird, it says "elephant" in my original file. I probably thought it would be an elephant before I realized I was reprinting an existing card.
Okay, not sure how that happened. xD
With that in mind, it should probably have said "At the beginning of YOUR end step,". Thanks for pointing it out.
Bwahahaha :)
You know, I always thought it was weird making all the boars become beasts in their creature line. This creature does a fair job of circumnavigating the problem by turning the warthog into an elephant.
Was sure I'd commented on this somewhere - but this is a really really sneaky way to hose a red opponent. Play this, end turn - oops, all your creatures died.
I definitely didn't have "brassiere" in mind. xD From what people have told me, it sounds rather Portuguese.
Perhaps it's no big deal, but her name sounds rather like "brassiere."
Yeah, that's a different card :P
Heh. It's a black-and-white knight. Must resist the urge to suggest adding "~ is red (all over)."
