A reprint (Ogre Battledriver), but I feel a very appropriate one given red's themes this set. Creatures that already have haste are still very happy with the +2/+0. This could alternatively be In the Web of War for a lower power level.

Amusingly also works very well with Sprouting Nymph - lets each one tap to pay some of its own self-search cost.

Reviewing the set, I notice Strider Harness Factory also mentions In the Web of War in its discussion thread. It may be too similar to this.

As does Haste Lord which is sitting in the uncommon slot. I got to admit, though, that the Battledriver is a lot more reasonable than a 4/2 creature with haste when it enters the battlefield that grants In the Web of War's ability for the converted mana cost of Threaten. The uncommons in the skeleton didn't get much scrutiny. I'm pretty sure we just added them if we like the idea, but didn't toy with their costs.

Oh, wait. I think Haste Lord is supposed to be an enter the battlefield effect. Hmm, that's much more sane. I even think it can sit right next to Battledriver as a way to support a theme.
