Without paying the mana cost seems big. Certainly worth legendary.

It feels weird to return all cards, but not care about cards from earlier turns outside of that since you only cast cards exiled that turn.

I wonder how much you care to undo the milling anyway compared to the free spells.

This was inspired by another custom card I saw on discord, which had something similar for flavor reasons. Admittedly I didn't realize I made this legendary, or I would've given it an actual name
