"Gamma" is not an actual Time Lord. I'm brainstorming different ideas on how to represent the Doctor in my set. If I can create a flavorful, splashy card, I'll slot it in as a mythic. See also: AlphaBeta, Delta, and Epsilon.

This version focuses on his vindictive side. The Doctor is willing to give you a chance to live in peace, but if you blow that one chance, you're screwed. (See The Runaway Bride for an example of this.)

I like the flavour a lot. I wonder if it could be done with +1/+1 or -1/-1 counters; too many counter types on creatures may get confusing.

I also wonder if it's strong enough. Punishing the controller is good, but Dread shows "whenever a creature deals damage to you, destroy it" while obviously very good, isn't as strong as you'd think, since creatures commonly end up trading off and only dealing damage a few times. Perhaps trigger off creatures with counters attacking?
