Side A:
When Menkauhor would leave the battlefield, instead transform Menkauhor and attach it to target player.
Side B:
Enchant Player
Creatures attacking enchanted player have Deathtouch.

An interesting take on the Mummy's curse, though I'd probably make Side A say: When Menkauhor dies,....
