Inspired by the new archdruid's charm cycle
There are already CDE-cost charms (e. g. Sultai Charm), so the big new thing is that it is rare?
There is nothing wrong with it, just not quite getting the appeal compared to the Arch-Charms.
The above-mentioned Sultai Charm gets some style points for having one mode for each of its colors. You go a different route here.
