Heh. Ludevic's Test Subject is a lizard... but you're right, it isn't common in blue. I could have sworn that Teferi had one, but it turned out to be Teferi's Drake.
So, if I'm to get this right, Fossil is a bit like Phasing, except it gets a whole extra turn? I don't think you want a whole turn, since that includes an untap and a draw step... the idea seems intriguing, though.
That is interesting. It's like having the game operating in two different eras. I like the idea.
Well, it does include untap and draw, but untap won't do anything unless you have fossil lands. Draw still counts, but I'm not clear whether opponents get fossil turns once this is out even if they don't have fossil stuff themselves. So the fossil turns kinda collapse out very quickly, and this card works out just like Kami of the Crescent Moon, plus them losing three life every turn. Which sounds pretty powerful, but I suppose that's assuming nobody else has any fossil cards.
Oh, and this is really hard to kill, as it's not on the battlefield at the same time as the lands people need to tap for their removal spells. I suppose Rift Bolt would do it...
Oh, this is for Challenge # 003? I assumed it was for Challenge # 031! :)
