See The High Monarch. There's never been a card with phyrexian mana symbols of different colors, so I tried following the reminder text of Reaper King instead
I think it should probably display both symbols in the reminder text in case there are folks who wouldn't be able to tell the difference without different symbols, such as color blind folks.
Yeah probably. Not sure how to write that compactly though. I wonder if this is a reason WotC has never mixed Phyrexian mana symbols
