Brainstorming a Grove of the Dreampods mechanic. Would definitely be improved with a keyword action, because I think the rules text is still taking some shortcuts. I also think that the creatures that care about dreampods would make sense to have a new creature type
If all you base this on is the Grove, then "manifest it as a 0/2 Pod creature" would suffice - manifest's mechanics involving paying an actual cost go a long way towards balancing it without added effort. I can understand wanting the power to be 0 for dreampods.
