Everything about this design is a meme.

Fate has it, I learnt today that there are at least three games called "Rattenkönig" on itch.io. The one I linked makes you feel for the poor rat.

I feel overall the abilities are quite a drawback. On a legendary creature, no less.

Banding is technically an upside. It should probably have a normal lord ability too, because the downside is particularly steep
