Also re-introduces the '3 turns' part of Jail in monopoly. but makes a nice clean card dirty.
As said, it ought to be GW instead of GU. And sure, it lets every colour get removal. But "Removal of a very specific thing 3 turns later" is pretty weak removal.

Not really preserving colour pie in any effective way... especially since blue is also prohibited from Disenchant.
