The first ability is kind of weird, something i've though of, but not managed to do. It does work i guess
The second one has a crazy cost but i guess you won't always use it. I think it should at least put it OTB.
i'm not a huge fan, but even ignoring the abilities, the set you reference has already printed Carnage Tyrant a vanilla mythic, more or less.
The keywords I'm not sold on, but the other two abilities are there for important reasons. The first one is because this is for a card design challenge to use a benefit as a cost (like the Gift of Ardor cycle, but I wasn't happy enough with any of them individually). The second ability is to allow you to use it as a 5c commander, as well as synergizing with Gishath
