I want to use this card, but I'm unsure of its power level. Plus, I can't think of an appropriate flavor.

I think this card should be rare, but otherwise the power level looks good. The wording is very close to correct; I think it just needs to say "Add one mana of any one of the exiled card's colo[u]rs to your mana pool", as on Chrome Mox.
