An example of this would be Garruk Wildspeaker, Garruk's Companion and Garruk's Packleader. Some notes:
This is a very hard design challenge, because Planeswalkers are very hard to design. Like when writing a book, if you don't know where you're going with it, you will commonly stall out, and the abilities won't feel synergystic, or powerful enough. I suggest starting with a powerful ultimate ability... something in line with a 7+ converted mana cost Sorcery and working your way back from there, instead of coming up with a cool +1, but having no idea what to do from there.
Be careful when designing +1 loyalty boosts on Planeswalkers. Most of them are designed to give you a small bonus that leads you to the Walker's ultimate. If your +1 can not be activated more than 20% of the time, though, two of your Planeswalker's abilities will probably be dead because of it.
The Common and the Uncommon of the cycle are often spells that fit with the goal of their planeswalekrs. As such, you should probably design them after knowing what your Planeswalker likes to do, and, since Planeswalkers are complicated cards, you should probably keep those cards fairly simple to make up for it.

I never said there had to have been no creatures of that type in that colour. Just that they should be clearly established in some other colour and not clearly established in the colour you choose. :P

L2i0n0k7: Yes, it does gain permanent control. Perhaps it should be a bit more expensive, but I'm not sure.

To be honest, I don't get the flavor of the counters flying off and coming back, but I'm probably just being dense. I do like the flavor of it tapping and damaging the creatures, though if you're going to delete one of those, it should be the tapping so that the rest of the ability still functions.

I think either reach or not reach makes sense: either the whole thing rears above the treetops, or only the tentacles do :)

I keep feeling you may be able to simplify the text a bit, but I can't see how.

Does this gain permanent control of that equipment? If so, don't those effects usually cost a bit more? Otherwise, I like it as a dark Kor. Nice flavor.

(I think the rules actually avoid what would happen if multiple players won the game at once: everything that wins the game normally happens in your upkeep, or at least on your priority. But I think it would count as drawing, the same as multiple players losing the game, if they updated them.)
