Abstruse Sphinx, Bone Hydra, and Ancient Sage Dragon
For Challenge # 011 along with Bog Horror, Slumbering Tor & Forest Seedling.
I haven't been able to come up with a concept for a white land creature that makes sense or has a fantasy equivalent.
T1 its 0/1, T3 it jumps to 0/2, etc (provided you hit your land drops). I originally had it's T equal the number of Islands you control but that made it too easy for a control player to "Turtle" (no pun intended). This version is a good blocker that gets better as the game goes on but should seldom get out of hand (it gets to 0/4 only on T7 if you hit all land drops)
You could probably have it just exile two creature cards rather than having it be targetted as that way, they can't respond by removing one of the targetted cards to make it fizzle.
Hopefully, this isn't too strong or too weak. Theidea was to hit the fantasy trope of a stone/earth/mountain giant who has been asleep for so long that it is belived to be merely a natural formation. Those who know better though can wake the giant, though only temporarily. Is the cost to ignore the attack/block restriction too high? (I didn't want this to be able to swing before turn 4 or 5 as you wouldn't normally have a 4/4 before then) though maybe it could be

as you would still need it & 3 other lands to attack.
The only Issue I can see with this at the moment is using it with Fling as you can tap it to help pay the cost and then fling it - though it would leave you down a land.
Open Graveyard
Thanks Alex
So far this and Bog Horror are the only 'sensible' land creatures I have been able to think up (the horror being dead organic matter from the swamp animated somehow).
My second entry for Challenge # 011
I'm not a good judge, but it seems reasonable to me. Even a small effect on a land is very strong as you don't need to spend a card with it, and I'd love to play this with lots of Thought Couriers and card draw spells.
I didn't want it to be too good. Did I nerf it too much?
